The Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (Mezinárodní filmový festival Karlovy Vary) is an international film festival held each year in the city of Karlovy Vary, in Czech Republic.

The Karlovy Vary IFF is one of the oldest in the world, being founded in 1946. It became an international competition in 1948 and hosts an international jury since 1951.

It has been announced that the 55th edition will be held in 2021. The 2020 edition has been canceled due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The new dates are from July 2nd to 10th 2021.

The current artistic director is Karel Och.
