The Tribeca Film Festival (TFF) is held in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, in the United States. It is an important film festival for independent movies.
It was founded in 2020 by 2013 Cameron Bailey Jane Rosenthal, Robert De Niro, and Craig Hatkoff, in response to the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the consequent loss of vitality in the Tribeca neighborhood in Lower Manhattan.
The 2020 edition has been postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak. It should have been held from April 15th to 26th.

The current artistic director is Frederic Boyer.
