Short FIlms in Focus: Lost & Found | Features | Roger Ebert

A really sweet stop-motion animation, in which a crochet hero must save its love, ready to sacrifice anything – even pieces of its own body – to do so. This short film is very original and romantic: you will hardly be able to hold your tears, but this story is also full of hope. The animation can pride itself of a great professionality: the quality of the technique and artistry are remarkable. LOST & FOUND is a constructive and poetic story, able to touch everybody’s heart.

LOST & FOUND was awarded with a special mention at Amarcort Film Festival 2020 in the Rex category, dedicated to animated short films. And it was also winner in many festivals around the world: Best Animated Short Film at Australian Academy of Cinema, Audience Award at Austin Film Festival, Special Mention at Cleveland Int.
