A transoceanic conversation between two characters via objects in a bottle.

A bottle keeps travelling through the ocean, from a hot beach to a snowy shore: it connects two beings that live far away, in two completely different worlds. The beings start send each-other small gifts from their environment, along with drawings and dreams… BOTTLE is really sweet and touching as we imagine the two beings not able to meet. With a beautiful stop-motion animation, the director creates a tender atmosphere and a good story. The characters are extremely charming and lovely and the viewer gets attatched in a second. The ending is bittersweet.

BOTTLE won the Grand Prix at Hiroshima International Animation Festival, an Honorable Mention at Newport Beach Film Festival and the Best Animated Film Award at Savannah Film Festival.
