The 2021 edition of Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival will open on August 9th and end on 15th, with in-person and online screenings. RIIFF is Academy Award Qualifying for Best Short Film, Best Short Animation, Best Documentary Short. It is also BAFTA and Canadian Screen Award Qualifying.
